#WalangPasok: Class suspensions on March 24, 2025 due to transport strike

MANILA (UPDATED) -- Several schools have announced class suspension on Monday, March 24, 2025, due to the expected transport strike of transport group Manibela.

Manibela this week announced that it will hold another transport strike starting on Monday to protest the government's allegedly inaccurate consolidation figures under the Public Transport Modernization Program. 

The following schools have canceled their face-to-face classes on Monday.

- Adamson University (Synchronous online classes)

- Cavite State University (Indang - Main Campus)

- Centro Escolar Integrated School-Manila (online modality)

- Colegio de San Juan de Letran (synchronous online classes)

- Far Eastern University (Manila & Makati) (online)

- Manuel L. Quezon University (Online)

- Manila Central University - online

- Malolos City (public & private schools) (asynchronous or online distance learning)

- Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (online modality)

- Philippine College of Criminology (online asynchronous; onsite transactions shift online)

- Philippine Normal University

- Polytechnic University of the Philippines (NCR campuses)

- St. Louis Anne Colleges of San Pedro Laguna Inc. (online learning)

- Trinity University of Asia

- University of Perpetual Help System Laguna (online)

- University of Santo Tomas (Enriched virtual mode and remote work)

- Cabuyao City, Laguna (switch to online learning)

- Mapúa University (Intramuros & Makati) (Online)
