So nakiusap kami na itong mga SI na to ay ma-reclassify as Agent III kaya pinagbigyan naman kami ng DBM, ng Civil Service at ayun na-reclassify na 76 na qualified,” Santiago said.</p><p>The reclassification, which is retroactive from July 1, 2024, means the qualified agents will receive back wages.</p><p>Santiago said that this change would boost morale, enhancing both the effectiveness and efficiency of their work. </p><p>“Matagal nang pinapangarap nila ‘yan dahil nga sa Modernization Act natin at saka sila SG (salary grade) 18 lang sila. Bilang SI, ngayon SG 22,” he said.</p><p>“Ngayon naman eligible sila for promotion na.
