Zen Hernandez, ABS-CBN News/File"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Vice President Sara Duterte arrives at the ICC in The Hague, Netherlands on March 14, 2025. <em>Zen Hernandez, ABS-CBN News/File</em></span></span></span></div><p>LA CASTELLANA, Negros Occidental — Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday said that she will return to the Netherlands by the end of the month to celebrate her birthday with her mom, and her father — former President Rodrigo Duterte — who is still detained at the Hague.</p><p>The Vice President said that her mother Elizabeth Zimmerman was unable to visit the former President in his detention facility as she did not have the necessary documents to qualify for visitation hours.</p><p>“Noong nagkausap kami ni Pangulong Duterte kahapon, [sabi niya] inaantay niya daw na makabisitya yung nanay ko.
