Re-electionist Mayor Lani Cayetano is leading for the mayoral race in the city based on partial results.Cayetano received 411,795 votes, based on a partial unofficial count of 63.91% of election returns. Arnel Cerafica, her rival, is trailing with 104,306 votes. Cayetano, wife of Sen.
