MANILA — The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has rolled out an exciting new feature in the e-Gov PH Super App — the Presidential Action Center — as DICT Undersecretary David Almirol Jr. announced on Monday, May 19.

The e-Gov PH App brings together over 1,000 government systems, featuring services from 75 national and 900 local government agencies. Users can access key services such as PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, GSIS, job applications, tourism, agriculture, and much more. With a straightforward registration process that includes national ID verification, users can quickly start using these services on their Android or iOS devices.
The e-Gov PH App brings together over 1,000 government systems, featuring services from 75 national and 900 local government agencies. Users can access key services such as PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, GSIS, job applications, tourism, agriculture, and much more. A standout feature, e-Report, empowers citizens to report various issues — from scams and counterfeit products to child abuse and bureaucratic delays — directly to the appropriate agencies like the Philippine National Police, Philippine Commission on Women, and Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA). Each report is sent to the right government body for a quicker and more decentralized response.

Almirol also hinted at some exciting upcoming features, such as enhanced job-matching tools through e-Resume, closer collaboration with the Department of Tourism for live e-Visa services, and plans to integrate the BIR, SSS, and other essential agencies into the app.

“Inaanyayahan namin lahat po ng mga kababayan po na mag-download ng e-gov PH. Ito po ay isang hakbang ng ating administrasyon na magkaroon po ng one-stop shop. So ang pangarap po ng ating administrasyon sa guidance po ng ating mahal na Pangulo na magkaroon po ng one-stop shop para hindi na po kinakilangang pumila pa at pumunta pa sa mga respective government agencies para magkaroon po ng one-stop shop services ng ating mga mamamayan,” Almirol concluded.
