MANILA -- The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is set to integrate more government services into the eGovPH super app — a one-stop shop of government agencies providing wide range of services such as legal, medical, financial and other basic services.

Information and Communications Technology Undersecretary David Almirol Jr. said they are in cooperation with the Commission on Higher Education for the public to request for the electronic copies of tertiary documents.

A one-stop shop for overseas Filipino workers is also underway.

Integration with the labor department is also ongoing for a job matching system to provide work opportunities online, according to Almirol.

The agency also aims to make aid distribution accessible online such as fuel subsidy.

‘eREPORT’

A citizen reporting system can also be done in the super app from consumer complaints to criminal  activities.

“For example, kapag ikaw ay ina-abuse, mayroon pong women abuse doon, okay, puwede kang magreklamo.

A dashboard will also be provided in the application to monitor the responsiveness of respective government agencies.

So, people now are protecting people.
