Transport network company JoyRide said it is fully cooperating with authorities in the case of one of its Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) drivers who has been reported missing since May 18, 2025, after dropping off a passenger in Bacoor, Cavite.

In a statement sent to ABS-CBN News, JoyRide expressed its deep concern for the welfare of all its partners, drivers, and passengers.

“JoyRide has promptly provided all relevant information related to the booking in question to the appropriate law enforcement authorities,” the company said.

“We fully support the ongoing investigation and stand ready to cooperate further to ensure a swift and just resolution,” the statement added.

JoyRide  remains hopeful that the case will be resolved soon and reaffirmed that the safety of its community is its top priority.

The case of the missing TNVS driver, Raymond Cabrera, is now being handled by the National Bureau of Investigation.

Cabrera went missing after picking up a passenger at a casino hotel in Parañaque City during the early hours of May 18.

Two days later, his vehicle was found with traces of blood, parked in front of a convenience store in Malanday, Valenzuela City.
