MANILA — The House of Representatives delivered 27 of the 28 priority measures target to be approved within the 3rd regular session of the 19th Congress, according to House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

He issued the statement during the 8th Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council on Thursday.

“As of today (Thursday), we have acted on 27 out of the 28 LEDAC priority bills—a near-100% accomplishment rate,” Romualdez reported before President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

“This milestone reflects the House’s unwavering commitment to President Marcos’ call for legislative action that makes a difference in the lives of ordinary Filipinos. These are not just bills—they are real solutions to real problems,” the House Speaker added.

Of the 28 LEDAC measures, only the proposed amendments to the Agrarian Reform Law remain pending for the lower chamber’s approval.

Romualdez gave assurances that when Congress resumes session on June 2, the House of Representatives will stay committed to “enacting key legislation that will bring tangible improvements in the lives of the Filipino people.”

Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero, members of the Cabinet, and key leaders of Congress, including House Majority Leader Manuel Jose “Mannix” M. Dalipe, also attended the LEDAC meeting.
