MANILA - The Philippine National Police (PNP) said it has yet to acquire a copy of the CCTV footage of the altercation involving Rep. Paolo Duterte at a bar in Davao City, PNP chief Police General Rommel Francisco Marbil said on Monday.

“Wala pa kaming CCTV right now. Kasama po dun sa investigation natin. In fact ngayon lang po kami naglabas ng, sina-subpoena po namin sa owner po ng CCTV to give [it] to us. Para maging part po ng ebidensya. As of now wala po kaming holding ng CCTV na iyan,” he said.
