Based on the viral video, six buses were seen allegedly road racing along the highway from Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya towards Cordon, Isabela last June 8.

During the LTO's initial hearing on June 13, the bus company named three bus drivers but did not disclose the rest.

In a briefing with the Department of Transportation, Mendoza said the bus company has complied over the weekend.
