While PNP Chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III declined to comment on the matter, PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo said authorities are still waiting for the full disclosure of the accused individual, who is seeking to become a state witness.

Fajardo added the PNP is prepared to provide security for the potential state witness, as well as investigative support to the Department of Justice (DOJ), should it be requested.
