Asked to comment on the draft Senate resolution seeking the dismissal of the impeachment case, Villanueva said, “Dismissal, how many votes do you need for that? That's debatable also. So even with that resolution, marami pa rin debates. At the end of the day, it's the plenary who would decide.”
