Ngayon maraming nahimatay. Ano sa susunod? Will we allow them to let it happen again? Ganun-ganun na lang? At the expense of the students while the school is making tons and tons of money at magpapatayo ng iba pang branches ng mga eskwelahan nila. At ang mga estudyante ang kinakawawa,&quot; he added. </p><p>According to CHED Executive Director Atty. Cinderella Filipina Benitez-Jaro, they have issued a resolution to Bestlink last week. </p><p>&quot;Aside from downgrading of their authority ay naglagay rin po kami ng penalty na suspension to conduct local off-campus activities both curricular and non-curricular effective immediately upon receipt of the notice,&quot; Benitez-Jaro said. </p><p>She also mentioned that Bestlink did not have a permit for the January event. </p><p>Bestlink Deputy General Counsel Atty. Kaya ito po ang na-impose. Yung lifiting dahil po natapos na po yung sanction na one year,&quot; Benitez-Jaro stated. </p><p>This did not sit well with Tulfo. </p><p>&quot;You people at CHED are bunch of stupid workers. Really, sorry again. Sorry for the word. You are a bunch of stupid kids. Parang mga bata kayo,&quot; Tulfo said. </p><p>&quot;Sana meron kayong mga sineset na guidelines. Ni-lift namin to pero sa kondisyon kayong lahat ng mga school bago kayo mag-request sa amin ng off-campus activities, ano ang ginawa niyo? Ano ang mapakita niyo sa amin na para hindi na maulit yung nangyari sa Bestlink na maraming namatay? And then pag-aralan niyo and then saka niyo ili-lift. In the absence of that eh huwag muna,&quot; he continued. </p><p>Tulfo also said CHED could have filed cases motu propio against Bestlink following the 2017 incident, but the Commission said the suspension was the decision of the en banc based on their guidelines.</p>
