Cruz, Manila.</p><p>Base sa CCTV, nakasuot pa ng uniform ng isang motorcycle ride-hailing company ang salarin.</p><p>Kwento ng nakakita, dalawang beses nagpaputok ng baril ang salarin.</p><p>“Gumagawa ng motor, pag tayo niya may lumapit sa kanya. Bigla nalang binaril. Sigaw nang sigaw, masakit daw masakit ‘yung paa niya.”  dagdag pa ng nakakita.</p><p>Ayon kay Barangay Kagawad Arcenio Bermas, mabilisan ang pangyayari pero nakaresponde naman kaagad ang kanilang mga tanod.</p><p>“Yun nga po, &#x27;yung sa barangay dito, nirespondehan po nung tanod namin. Humingi ng tulong. Tapos, tumawag na kaagad po sa pulis.” ani Bermas.</p><p>Agad namang naitakbo sa ospital ang biktima na nagtamo ng tama ng bala sa kaliwang hita at stable na ang kondisyon ayon sa barangay.</p><p>Tumangi munang magbigay ng pahayag ang kaanak ng biktima habang nagpapatuloy pa ang imbestigasyon ng mga pulis  sa insidente.</p><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/gMVs_sNH6AY?&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span><br/></div>
