Two people died and two were reported injured when the tree fell. Courtesy: Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office </div>MANILA (UPDATED) — The Office of Civil Defense said Saturday that three people have been reported missing and 215,000 have been  affected by heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon and Severe Tropical Storm Crising in recent days.OCD Administrator Rafaelito Alejandro IV said two people were reported missing in Antique due to flooding.
