Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso on Wednesday pledged to find ways to settle the P26.9 million in unpaid financial assistance owed to the Manila Police District (MPD) by the previous city administration.</p><p>The commitment was made during his address to MPD personnel following his participation in the district’s first command conference.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/7/1/isko-targets-cleanup-of-manila-0903">Isko targets cleanup of Manila</a></div><p>“Gagawan ko ng paraan ‘yong utang sa inyo ng Lungsod ng Maynila… Nag-kompromiso na ako kay General Guzman at sa mga opisyales ninyo.
