“Ngayon nilagyan natin ng cone ito para naman safety device for the motorist, 'no? Kasi malakas masyado 'yung ulan kaya bumigay 'yang ano. Bumigay 'yang center island. Madami 'yan. Hanggang doon sa may sa may National High School merong merong may nasirang ganyan. Lalagyan din natin ng cone para naman ang motorista, hindi mailang,” said TRPM head Reynaldo Murillo.

Murillo said flooding was attributed mainly to heavy rains and clogged drainage systems filled with debris and garbage.
