Binanggit namin yun na yun ang maging priority ng [DPWH at NDRRMC]. Kailangan may priority construction areas na evacuation centers, sana ma-prioritize,” he added.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>PRIORITY AREAS</strong></div><div><br/></div><p>Angara hoped that the priority construction would happen, for example, in Negros Oriental and Negros Occidental due to the eruption of Mt.
