<p>MANILA — The driver of a sports car who went viral on social media after taking a selfie video while driving along EDSA issued his public apology on Monday, admitting that what he did was a &quot;mistake.&quot;</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/7/7/lto-issues-90-day-preventive-suspension-vs-viral-porsche-driver-1850">LTO issues 90-day preventive suspension vs viral Porsche driver</a></div><p>“I’m not here to play victim. I’m here to own it,” says Josh Mojica in a post on Facebook.</p><p>On Monday, LTO executive director Greg Pua told ABS-CBN News that it had issued a show cause order to Mojica and imposed a 90-day preventive suspension to his driver’s license.</p><p>Mojica admitted his mistake and said he is taking full responsibility.</p><p>&quot;No excuses. That was my mistake. I take full responsibility. I understand the weight of influence. I know people watch how I move, not just in business but in life. Don’t copy the driving. Copy the mindset. Copy the grind,&quot; according to Mojica.</p><p>LTO set the hearing on July 10, where Mojica is expected to appear to explain why his license should not be suspended.</p>
