<p>MANILA — A bill filed in the House of Representatives seeks to institutionalize the classification of three-wheeled motorcycles as &quot;non-conventional motorcycles,&quot; formally differentiating them from the traditional motorcycle-tricycle.</p><p>The Land Transportation Office defines non-conventional motorcycles as a “three-wheeled motorcycle resembling three-wheel Morgans or Tuk Tuk, no attached sidecars and considered as a small car.&quot;</p><p>The traditional motorcycle-tricycle, meanwhile, is described as having an attached sidecar, used privately or for hire.</p><p>The House Bill No. 2133, filed by Misamis Oriental 1st District Rep.
