MANILA (UPDATED) — The Department of Justice has released on Friday the Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against businessman Charlie Atong Ang, actress Gretchen Barretto, Retired Lt. Gen. Jonnel Estomo, and over 50 respondents involved in the case of missing cockfight enthusiasts or &quot;sabungeros&quot;.Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla said all personalities tagged in the controversy by Julie “Dondon” Patidongan or alias &quot;Totoy&quot; have been issued ILBOs.“Mayroon na naman tayong lookout bulletin sa lahat. It’s already there… Mga binanggit ni Patidongan– we have issued lookout bulletins already,” Remulla told the media on Friday, August 29.(We already have lookout bulletins for them. Those mentioned by Patidongan) “May isang umalis sa bansa. Ewan ko lang kung nakabalik na,” he added.(One has already left the country.
