Pero mayroon tayong due process,&quot; said BOC Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno.</p><p>“May 15 araw ang nag-import nito, nagpasok dito sa bansa, upang ipakita ang kanilang dokumento na tama ang kanilang pinagbayaran or tama rin ang kanilang dokumento,” he added. </p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/9/1/watch-sarah-discaya-reveals-prices-of-luxury-cars-2256">WATCH: Sarah Discaya reveals prices of luxury cars</a></div><p>He said warrants of seizure and detention (WSD) would be issued for the vehicles.  </p><p>The eight vehicles include a Rolls Royce Cullinan, Bentley Bentayga, Toyota Tundra, Toyota Sequoia, Mercedes-Benz G63, Mercedes-Benz G500, Lincoln Navigator, and Toyota Land Cruiser 300.</p><p>Nepomuceno revealed that seven other vehicles had import entry documents but lacked certificates of payment.</p><p>&quot;Ibig sabihin, obligado din kami na gawin yung warrant of seizure and detention diyan at imbestigahan din namin &#x27;yung mga naging transaksyon ng consignees o &#x27;yung mga nag-import nito na ito at magiging post-clearance audit,&quot; he said.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/9/1/dealer-of-discaya-s-cars-tagged-in-smuggling-of-2-bugattis-1250">Dealer of Discaya&#x27;s cars tagged in smuggling of 2 Bugattis</a></div><p>Meanwhile, 14 vehicles appeared to have complete paperwork from authorized dealers, though these would still undergo post-entry audit.</p><p>The BOC currently holds 30 luxury cars owned by the Discayas, including 16 voluntarily surrendered units, 12 covered by a search warrant, and two others recovered outside the warrant. One additional vehicle was surrendered on Tuesday.</p><p>Two imported all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) were also placed under custody, though these were not classified as luxury cars.</p><p>According to the BOC, the luxury vehicles entered the country through various ports: five in Batangas, three in Cebu, three in Manila, and seven in the Manila International Container Port (MICP), while the entry points of eight units remained undetermined.</p><p>&quot;Ang mga nagpasok nito ay hindi Discaya family on record.
