MANILA — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority&#x27;s (MMDA) on Friday started using body cameras to monitor erring drivers near La Salle Green Hills in Mandaluyong, instead of issuing tickets that could cause more traffic disruptions along Ortigas Avenue.MMDA Swift Traffic Action Group (STAG) commander Edison “Bong” Nebrija said traffic buildup in the area is primarily caused by parents and guardians dropping off and picking up students.&quot;Dito nag-iistay yung mga parents minsan sa drop off ng anak kasama yung yaya and then they will wait for the yaya to come back so naka-park sila impeding the traffic behind them,&quot; Nebrija said.“May camera kami, body camera… Kinukunan na lang namin kasi yung pagti-ticket, nakaka-delay din minsan eh, nakaka-obstruct din.
