<p>MANILA — The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) is expected to name its executive director within the week, Malacañang said on Tuesday, a day after President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. bared the full composition of the panel that would investigate anomalous flood control projects in the last 10 years.</p><p>The ICI needs to form its organizational structure before it can finalize its funding request, Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro said in a press conference in Malacañang.</p><p>“Magpupulong pa lang po sila.
