Naka-ready po talaga panlaro. Kung hindi po ako nagkakamali, ang isang bag naglalaman ng mga P20 million,” he added. </p><p>While aware Alcantara received kickbacks, Hernandez said he does not know if money bags came from the funds for infrastructure projects.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/9/23/ex-dpwh-engineer-says-all-projects-in-bulacan-first-district-substandard-since-2019-1135">Ex-DPWH engineer says all projects in Bulacan First District &#x27;substandard&#x27; since 2019</a></div><p>“Alam ko po may nakukuha siya sa kickback pero yung pera niya po sa sasakyan, hindi ko po masabi kung doon po galling,” he said. </p><div><br/></div><div><strong>FAKE ID FOR CASINOS</strong></div><div><br/></div><p>The DPWH officials used fake IDs to play in the casino.</p><p>Hernandez said a certain “Mike Archival” approached them to offer a fake ID.</p><p>According to Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chair Ping Lacson, Archival’s real name is Archival Torregosa. He will be invited to the next Senate hearing on the flood control anomalies. </p><p>The revelations came after Sen.
