Vico Sotto, Joy Belmonte sign partnership with ICI to help flood control probe

Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto and Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, co-convenors of the Mayors for Good Governance (M4GG), signed a partnership agreement with the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) on Tuesday (September 23) to help resolve the anomalous flood control corruption in government.In the agreement, Sotto and Belmonte said all members of the M4GG will help the ICI in the said probe. They also urged other mayors in the country to investigate DPWH projects in their areas.&quot;Ensure that all mayors na kasama sa aming samahan na makikipagtulungan at sila po lahat ay inatasan na namin na magsagawa ng iba-ibang imbestigasyon sa kanilang areas of jurisdiction or areas of responsibility,&quot; Belmonte said.&quot;We would be able to move faster. We would be able to collect more evidence.
