Domingo / Senate Social Media Unit</span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Senate President Francis Escudero has approved the Senate Blue Ribbon committee&#x27;s order to compel the Commission on Audit (COA) to submit their fraud audit report on allegedly anomalous flood control projects.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/8/25/escudero-oks-subpoenas-vs-contractors-who-skipped-senate-flood-probe-1145">Escudero OKs subpoenas vs contractors who skipped Senate flood probe</a></div><p>The subpoena duces tecum was signed by both Escudero and Blue RIbbon panel chair Rodante Marcoleta.</p><p>The Sergeant at Arms of the Senate was tasked to serve the subpoena.</p><p>The Senate chief likewise approved the issuance of subpoenas to 2 more contractors  to compel their attendance to the September 8 public hearing on irregularities surrounding the flood control projects across the country.</p><p>Acting on Marcoleta&#x27;s recommendation, the Senate chief signed the subpoenas ad testificandum for the following: </p><div><br/></div><p>•  Sally N.
