<p>MANILA — Vice President Sara Duterte on Monday declined to comment on the<a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/1/19/marcos-impeachment-complaint-1004"> impeachment complaint</a> filed against President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., saying the public should wait if she would even issue one.</p><p>Speaking to supporters in The Hague, the Netherlands, Duterte was asked to react to Marcos Jr.&#x27;s impeachment complaint.</p><p>But the Vice President said, “sa ngayon, wala pa. (none for now)” </p><p>“Antayin natin ang mga susunod na mga araw kung meron akong reaction,” she added.</p><p>(Let us wait if I have any reaction on the matter in the coming days.)</p><p>The impeachment complaint was filed on Monday by lawyer Andre de Jesus, who accused Marcos of graft and corruption, culpable violation of the Constitution, and betrayal of public trust.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/1/19/palace-congtractor-behind-endorsement-of-impeachment-complaint-vs-marcos-jr-1659">Palace: Contractor behind endorsement of impeachment complaint vs Marcos Jr.</a></div><p>The grounds for impeachment cited by De Jesus also included the President’s alleged “unfitness to serve” due to supposed “drug addiction”, claiming this was supported by a previous statement issued by his sister Sen. Imee Marcos.</p><p>House Deputy Minority Leader and Pusong Pinoy Party List Rep.
