Ronald &quot;Bato&quot; dela Rosa said he is &quot;alive and well&quot; as he celebrates his 64th birthday on Wednesday, January 21, amid the threat of a rumored International Criminal Court arrest order for him.In a statement, Dela Rosa said he was seeking justice &quot;to emerge and take over&quot; not from &quot;fake and foreign meddling,&quot; which he stressed &quot;can never know us or be us.&quot;&quot;If indeed there are cases against me, then I wait for a time and a certainty that I shall be able to face these cases as a Filipino, before Filipinos,&quot; he added.Dela Rosa has been absent from Senate plenary sessions since Nov. 11, 2025, after Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla said that the ICC had issued an arrest warrant for the former national police chief and implementor of the Duterte administration&#x27;s war on drugs.There has been no confirmation that an arrest warrant has been issued for Dela Rosa.Dela Rosa has been tagged as one of the co-perpetrators in the crimes against humanity case of former President Rodrigo Duterte, who has been detained at the Hague in the Netherlands since March last year.Lawyers say Dela Rosa may be next to face an arrest warrant for his role in the illegal drugs crackdown.&quot;Kung papayag lamang ako na ako&#x27;y huhulihin at lilitisin ng mga tao at korteng banyaga, tila binalewala ko na rin ang pakikipaglaban ng ating mga bayani at sundalo para sa ating kasarinlan,&quot; Dela Rosa said.&quot;Hinding-hindi ko sasayangin ang dugo at pawis ng mga Pilipinong lumaban para sa Pilipinas.
