Jaypee Mendoza and Christina Pineda also entered not guilty pleas before the Sandiganbayan’s Fourth Division.</p><p>Their co-accused Engr. Arjay Domasig, who recently terminated the services of his counsel, prayed to be arraigned on a later date.</p><p>Domasig is set to be arraigned on Feb. 9, along with Revilla and Juanito Mendoza, whose counsels earlier filed omnibus motions. </p><p>All accused are also scheduled to be arraigned on the same day on malversation charges.</p><p>Last Jan. 23, Engr. Emelita Juat pleaded not guilty for her graft charge.</p><p>The court, chaired by Associate Justice Michael Musngi, set Feb. 13 for the stipulation of facts, listing of witnesses, and marking of exhibits.</p><p>On Feb. 19, a pretrial will be conducted for the arraigned parties.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/10/24/ombudsman-says-brice-hernandez-no-longer-seeks-to-be-state-witness-1416">Ombudsman says Brice Hernandez no longer seeks to be state witness</a></div><div><br/></div><div><strong>OMNIBUS MOTIONS</strong></div><div><strong> </strong></div><p>Revilla, who was committed to Quezon City Jail in Payatas, earlier filed a motion to be transferred to Camp Crame, citing security concerns.</p><p>In response, Third Division Associate Justices Karl Miranda, Ronald Moreno, and Hans Chester Nocom conducted an inspection of the Quezon City Jail in Payatas, where four of Revilla’s co-accused were also committed, and at Camp Karingal, where the two female accused are detained.</p><p>Juat’s counsel, meanwhile, filed a motion to be committed to the Bulacan Police Provincial Office. However, Associate Justice Miranda said this could affect her timely attendance at hearings.</p><p>In their motion to quash information, Revilla’s counsel claimed the former senator was denied due process because he was not properly informed of the charges against him.</p><p>Moreover, Juanito Mendoza’s counsel filed a motion to consolidate the graft and malversation cases handled by the two divisions. </p><p>Other motions filed by the accused sought a reinvestigation and the deferment of the issuance of warrants of arrest.</p><p>Revilla, who earlier posted a P90,000 bail for his graft charge, was tagged in the flood control mess after former Public Works Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo claimed he received kickbacks in exchange for endorsing flood control projects.</p><p>On Jan. 19, the anti-graft court issued arrest warrants and hold departure orders against them.</p><p>The Office of the Ombudsman said the accused allegedly connived to divert P76 million funds for the construction of the project, which was never implemented despite being declared completed.</p><div><br style="caret-color:rgb(0, 0, 0);color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"/></div><div><br/></div><div><br/></div><div><br/></div><div><br style="caret-color:rgb(0, 0, 0);color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"/></div><div><iframe width="726" height="408" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/2OvpGUNC7O0" title="ANC&#x27;s The Weekend Wrap: Bong Revilla detained at Quezon City Jail over corruption-linked cases" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div>
