It was Arroyo’s second visit, after paying her respects to De Venecia at Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig last Wednesday.A memorial Mass will be offered for the former House Speaker at the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag at 5 a.m. tomorrow.
