From the Instagram accounts of Dee and Ramos/File<br/></span></span></span>MANILA (<strong>UPDATED</strong>) — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said it is still validating all statements and evidence in the <a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/1/28/driver-files-complaint-vs-michelle-dee-another-beauty-queen-and-rhian-ramos-over-illegal-detention-2241">alleged mauling complaint </a>filed by the driver of actress Rhian Ramos, which also names beauty queen Michelle Dee and Samantha Panlilio. </div><p>NBI Director Lito Magno said investigators are carefully checking claims that Dee was already in Iloilo at the time of the alleged incident, noting that the complainant insists the beating happened earlier, before her flight.</p><p>“Lahat ng mga statement nila is being validated… hinahanap natin lahat ng mga sinabi nila na pwedeng patotohanan, like CCTV,” Magno said, adding that flight details, CCTV footage, and the official medical-legal report are among the documents being reviewed. </p><p>“To cooperate with the investigation ay malaking bagay para sa ikalulutas ng kasong ito,” he added.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/1/30/driver-stands-by-assault-claim-vs-rhian-ramos-michelle-dee-2028">Driver stands by assault claim vs. Rhian Ramos, Michelle Dee</a></div><div><br/></div><div><strong>DEE IN ILOILO</strong></div><p>Meanwhile, pageant executive and Miss Iloilo judge Mags Cue said Dee appeared fine and showed no signs of distress upon arrival in Iloilo, where she served as a guest performer during the Dinagyang festivities. </p><p>Cue said Dee was “very cooperative,” danced with festival performers and guests, posed for photos with fans, and later rehearsed for her performance, describing her as professional and energetic throughout the event. </p><p>Cue also said she did not notice any bruises on Dee, even complimenting her clear skin during their interaction.</p><p>Cue further recalled that Dee left Iloilo shortly after her performance, with flights and schedules coordinated through handlers—details she said are documented and can help establish the timeline of Dee’s movements.</p><p>The driver, known only “Totoy,” earlier filed a complaint alleging he was mauled by Dee and her group inside a Makati condominium.
