ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><div><br/></div><p>MANILA — Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) Executive Director Brian Hosaka appeared before the Office of the Ombudsman on Thursday, shortly after trucks carrying boxes of documents from the commission arrived.</p><p>Hosaka said he would meet with Ombudsman officials, though he did not disclose what it would be about.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/2/19/ici-chair-reyes-won-t-compromise-life-flood-control-says-will-fight-to-the-very-end-2221">ICI chair Reyes won’t compromise life, flood control; says will fight to the very end</a></div><p>President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. earlier said the ICI determined that much of their work in investigating flood control anomalies “has already been done.&quot;</p><p>“Well, right now what the ICI is doing is that they are collating all of their findings because dadalhin nila – siyempre, they are also writing their final report.
