Levito Baligod, ex-Congressman Mike Defensor, Lorraine Badoy, and Cathy Binag over claims that he supposedly received $2 million intended for investigators of the International Criminal Court who are investigating the case filed against President Duterte. <em>Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News </em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Former senator Antonio Trillanes IV on Monday filed cyberlibel complaints before the Department of Justice against the 18 “ex-marines,” as well as SMNI hosts who supposedly made statements on suitcases of money allegedly intended for International Criminal Court personnel.</p><p>Respondents to the complaint-affidavit are the following 18 individuals identified as “ex-marines&quot;: Belnard Tube, Rosebert Waupan, Benny Bulontate, Johnny Buduan, Rodante Orbillo, Reyneboy Julian, Christopher Esquivel, George Villalon, Jr., Romeo Rommel Bobares, Gil Navidad, Jr., Anselmo Taberdo, Joely Cadioa, Rommel Galapon, Cecilio Larroder, Jr., Bernard Gumban, Crisanie Dado, Fidel Corpuz, and Walter Manalansan.</p><p>Also included in the complaint-affidavit are SMNI hosts Byron “Banat By” Cristobal, Oliver “Coach Oli” Cristobal, “Master Judea” and Arjay “Pareng Arjay” Piodina for supposedly inducing and provoking the malicious claims.</p><p>“Ito ay bunga nung kanilang mga interviews after ng kanilang press con, so bawat interview na lalabas sila, makaka-expect sila ng kaso laban sa kanila,” Trillanes said.</p><p>Trillanes has earlier filed perjury complaints against the 18 ex-marines as well as cyberlibel complaints against other individuals.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/3/5/trillanes-files-criminal-raps-vs-18-ex-marines-badoy-others-over-icc-payola-claims-1148">Trillanes files criminal raps vs 18 &#x27;ex-Marines,&#x27; Badoy, others over ICC payola claims</a></div><p>Trillanes also reiterated that some of the 18 will soon retract their statements while others who were supposedly recruited to the group will also come out.</p><p>“We’ll see, I will not pre-empt their moves, pero mismo sa 18 na ito may mga umamin na na talagang wala silang alam.
