tiwalang dapat nating ingatan sa bawat kilos at desisyon,” she told her fellow cadets.</p><p>Asked what they can contribute in reforming the organization once they enter the police force, Cagasa said it is the values that they honed inside the academy.</p><p>“‘Yun talaga ‘yung laging sinasabi sa amin. The organization outside yung image na, medyo meron talagang mga ibang repercussions o medyo masamang image ng Philippine National Police,” she said in a media briefing with two other top cadets before the graduation rites.</p><p>“But sabi nga sa amin, start within ourselves. Ipakita namin sa mga taong bayan na ‘yung tiwala na binigay nila sa amin na maglingkod sa kanila, ay hindi po namin sasayangin. At yung mga tinuro sa amin na values dito sa loob, ay dadalhin namin hanggang sa pagserbisyo namin sa labas,” she added.</p><p>The members of the PNPA “SILANG PAGLAOM” Class of 2026 will be the second batch of graduates that will be exclusively assigned to the PNP organization instead of the tri-bureau service (PNP, BFP, BJMP) with the enactment of an amendatory law that transferred the organizational control and management of the PNPA from the Philippine Public Safety College to the Philippine National Police.</p>
