<p>MANILA — A new off-ramp connecting the NAIA Expressway (NAIAX) to Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport opened to motorists on Friday.</p><p>President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. led the opening of the new off-ramp, a 320-meter road project directly connecting NAIAX Phase II to NAIA Terminal 3, improving access to the airport and easing traffic congestion in the surrounding areas, particularly along Andrews Avenue.</p><p>It also includes at-grade road widening works along Circulo del Mundo Rotonda.</p><p>The exit is expected to shave about 20 to 30 minutes off the travel time of motorists going to Terminal 3 from the Skyway.</p><p>“Patuloy nating pinabubuksan lahat ng mga tenggang kalsada upang mas mapadali ang magiging biyahe sa ating mga kababayan, lalong-lalo na ngayon na may Holy Week,” said Marcos.</p><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FabscbnNEWS%2Fposts%2Fpfbid02TsHzguqNARBQhVdEMfg6DHirtevLxhaoFvxJxSBJPaWgmKY43hPBNFhMc4Rp9sgJl&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500" width="500" height="250" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span></div><p>He was joined by San Miguel Corp.
