<div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px;display:block" width="960"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1772502296725HCc0A5Oa4AAL6Kl_cropped_processed_by_imagy.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Two people were killed while three others were injured after their helicopter crashed in Barangay Quisao, Pililla, Rizal on Tuesday morning. 📸 Rizal PPO via Karen de Guzman, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><div><br/></div><p>MANILA <strong>(2nd UPDATE)</strong> — Two people were killed while three others were injured after their helicopter crashed in Barangay Quisao, Pililla, Rizal on Tuesday morning.</p><p>According to Pililla Mayor John Masinsin, the chopper, carrying five people, including two foreign nationals, went down around 7:20 a.m.</p><p>One of the fatalities was declared dead at the crash site, while the other was declared dead-on-arrival at a hospital.</p><p>“Unfortunately, dead on site ‘yung isa. ‘Yung isa, dead-on-arrival sa hospital kasi may konting pulse pa siya, pinadala pa rin ng municipal doctor namin sa hospital, tapos doon na siya na-declare na dead-on-arrival,” Masinsin said.</p><p>Masinsin also confirmed that one of the fatalities is a foreign national.</p><p>The three injured indivuduals were brought to Rizal Provincial Hospital for treatment.</p><p>“Critically injured ‘yung pilot and it&#x27;s being processed right now for transfer sa mas malaking hospital. We&#x27;re still trying to get the names of the fatalities kasi mahirap ma-mix up,” Masinsin said.</p><div><br/></div><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FabscbnNEWS%2Fposts%2Fpfbid0uLtoahq1a1iCqE85EWGASeX78SUvNQHmsRpKQ98PTeGXh6fNvhjd9AjL9e2CKD4ml&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500" width="500" height="773" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span><br/></div><p>The mayor added the crash site is about 50 meters away from the nearest house, and no residential structures were hit.</p><p>Masinsin also clarified that the aircraft was a civilian helicopter and that the pilot is licensed.</p><p>“According sa hepe namin, lahat ng identification naman nila, okay naman. Licensed pilot siya kasi someone from the Aviation Group already called me.
