Ronald dela Rosa, who now has a standing warrant from the International Criminal Court.  </p><p>&quot;Yes, same position,&quot; said Martinez.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/5/13/-maghintay-sila-dela-rosa-rejects-icc-surrender-resolution-0836">&#x27;Maghintay sila&#x27;: Dela Rosa rejects Senate resolution urging his surrender, vows to exhaust legal remedies</a></div><p>The DOJ said last year that, under Republic Act No. 9851 or the Philippine Act on Crimes Against International Humanitarian Law, Genocide and other Crimes Against Humanity, the Philippine government has both extradition and surrender options.</p><p>&quot;Under RA 9851, we may surrender a suspected or arrested person in the Philippines to the appropriate international court or tribunal.
