Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><div><br/></div><p>MANILA — A former driver of ex-Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bulacan First District Engineer Henry Alcantara testified Tuesday that he delivered boxes to former Caloocan Rep. Mitch Cajayon Uy, former Ako Bicol Rep. Zaldy Co and ex-DPWH Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo.</p><p>Edrick San Diego, who was also previously named by Sen. Panfilo Lacson as part of the “Bulacan Group of Contractors” or “BGC Boys,” made the testimony during the trial of former Sen.
