Wala na po siyang breathing at pulse po. Pilit pa rin naming ni-revive hanggang madala sa ospital,” ani Raymundo Macario na Deputy Fire Chief ng Barangay Barangka Itaas.</p><p>Napag-alaman ng awtoridad na galing sa eskwela ang biktima at naligo sa ilog kasama ang mga kaibigan.</p><p>“Ang eksena nung ilog na iyon medyo maitim, maburak, mahina yung current o daloy, mababaw sa una dahil may mga bato pero siguro mga dalawang hakbang, biglang lalim na siya hanggang dibdib,” sabi ni Kagawad Bobbie Tendencia ng Barangay Barangka Itaas.</p><p>Labis ang hinagpis ng mga magulang at kaanak ng bata na inilarawan nila bilang isang batang puno ng pangarap.
