At least three teenaged students were killed and five others wounded on June 22, in a rare school shooting in the central Philippines, police said. <em>Noel Sianosa/AFP</em></span></span></span> </div><p>MANILA — The Philippine National Police is considering setting up anti-bullying help desks at schools as part of efforts to strengthen the protection and welfare of students.</p><p>The move comes after a string of incidents involving school violence and threats, some of which were seen connected to bullying.</p><p>PNP chief PGen.
