Rodante Marcoleta, who is facing a <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/7/3/marcoleta-plunder-case-filed-1023">plunder complaint</a> over alleged undisclosed campaign donations.</p><p>The officer, a patrolman assigned to the District Mobile Force Battalion of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD), has been transferred to the Personnel Holding and Accounting Section, which manages police personnel awaiting reassignment, investigation, or administrative action, PNP spokesperson Col. Allen Rae Co said.</p><p>&quot;We would like to review everything that happened and all the circumstances surrounding the viral incident,&quot; Co said during a press briefing at Camp Crame.</p><p>Co said the QCPD had been directed to talk to the policeman, the motorcycle rider, and rally participants to determine what really happened on that day.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2026/7/1/-they-are-wrong-marcos-disputes-inc-s-claim-of-selective-justice-in-his-administration-2048">‘They are wrong’: Marcos disputes INC claim of ‘selective justice’ in his administration</a></div><p>Sen.
