During their visit of ABS-CBN's headquarters, the MBA students learned about the company's evolution from a broadcasting network to a global storytelling company.

Led by Prof. Medini Singh, the class participated in insightful discussions with ABS-CBN's Transformation and Innovation head Mark Nepomuceno, Integrated News and Current Affairs head Francis Toral, and Corporate Communications head Kane Errol Choa about the transformation of the company and how it bounced back post-shutdown.

"We wanted to understand first hand how media business is changing, and how...like ABS-CBN, has adapted with the changing times," Singh said.

"We are visiting a variety of companies, and when we think of media business, in which a lot of our students are interested, I can't think of a better name...ABS-CBN has always been part of our global immersion program," he added.

After the learning sessions, the students toured the company's headquarters. They got the opportunity to join "It's Showtime's" live audience and visited "TV Patrol's" studio, giving them an insight into what goes on behind the scenes.

"It was the highlight of the trip. We've met with a lot of business but it was definitely the most interesting, and without a doubt, the most fun," student Seth Zucker said about the experience.
