Man arrested for throwing rock at motorcyclist in Pampanga

MANILA — Lubao Police apprehended a man on December 29, 2024, for throwing a rock at a passing motorcyclist along Jose Abad Santos Avenue in Barangay Sto. Nino in Lubao, Pampanga.

The incident, captured on a video and shared on social media, shows the suspect standing by the roadside and hurling a rock at a motorcyclist.

The rock hit the rider’s passenger, who fell off the motorcycle.

Following the incident, the Lubao Police conducted a follow-up operation that led to the suspect's arrest.

 A complaint for Malicious Mischief and Serious Physical Injuries was filed on December 30 by the victims, assisted by the Lubao Police.

The suspect is currently under the custody of the Lubao Municipal Police Station, awaiting a commitment order for transfer to the Guagua District Jail.
