Others were seen dancing the traditional Sinulog.</p><p>An overall crowd estimate of 17,500 was logged from the border of Mandaue City to the shrine of St. Joseph, with no untoward incident reported per the Mandaue City Police Office.</p><p>The Santo Niño will stay for a night in Mandaue City.
