<p>MANILA &mdash; Patay ang isang lalaki sa pamamaril dahil sa agawan umano ng kanta sa videoke sa San Mateo, Isabela.</p><p>Kinilala ang nasawi na si Roberto Miguel, 48, construction worker at residente ng Barangay San Marcos sa nasabing bayan.</p><p>Sa imbestigasyon, nag-iinuman ang biktima at suspek kasama ang ilan pang indibidwal nang mangyari ang insidente.</p><p>&ldquo;Bahay lang, sa may terrace ang inuman. Kinaugalian daw nila dun kapag walang ginagawa, nag-iinuman, parang kasiyahan nila,&rdquo; sabi ni Police Staff Sergeant Clemente Caronan Jr.</p><p>Sa kalagitnaan ng pagkanta, ipinasa umano ng biktima ang mikropono sa isang kasama. Hindi na naming natanong [kung anong kanta] dahil nag-focus kami sa details ng suspek saka hot pursuit operation kung saan &lsquo;yung location kung saan pupunta &lsquo;yung suspek,&rdquo; sabi ni Caronan.</p><p>Nadala sa ospital ang biktima, pero idineklarang dead on arrival ng umasikasong doktor.</p><p>Tumakas naman ang suspek na ngayon ay pinaghahanap ng mga pulis.</p><p>&ldquo;Lahat possible exit at pagtataguan, napuntahan na. Dahil lumagpas na sa reglementary period ang pagfile ng kaso through inquest proceeding, magpa-file ng kaso through preliminary investigation. Ipa-file namin itong homicide,&rdquo; ani Caronan.</p><p>Lumalabas pa sa pagsisiyasat na hindi magkakilala ang biktima at suspek.
