<p>BULACAN — Central Luzon police arrested three alleged carjacking suspects and recovered a stolen motorcycle in less than 3 hours in a follow-up operation in Bustos, Bulacan, over the weekend.</p><p>On Saturday, the victim discovered that his magenta Yamaha Mio Sporty was missing after briefly parking near a school, said PBGen.
