MANILA — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Friday urged fisherfolk and ships sailing the Batangas-Caticlan route to be on the lookout for a man who is suspected to have fallen off a ship bound for Caticlan.The man — identified as Tatay Danilo — was riding a roll on-roll off vessel from Batangas to Caticlan on December 15. Upon the disembarkation of vehicles in Caticlan, the RoRo’s staff and other passengers noticed that one passenger was unaccounted for, said PCG spokesperson and Capt.
