MANILA — The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Monday said two fishermen have found 45.6 kilograms of suspected "shabu" floating off the coast of Bgy. Centro 6, Claveria, Cagayan on Sunday.

"The illegal drugs, contained inside 50 plastic packs of gold tea bags labeled 'DAGUANYIN' with markings of Chinese characters, has an estimated street value of P312.8 million," PDEA said.

Two days earlier, approximately 1 kilogram of "floating shabu" worth P6.8 million was also recovered in the waters off Sitio Narvacan, Bgy. Dilam, Calayan, Cagayan. Later in the afternoon, locals also surrendered 1 pack of floating shabu worth P5.1 million at Sitio Mingay, Bgy. San Juan, Sta. Praxedes, Cagayan.
