Job Manahan, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><div><br/></div><p>CALUMPIT, Bulacan – The province of Bulacan is currently experiencing high tide with a height of nearly 5 feet, compounding the already waist-to-chest-deep floods in several areas. </p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/regions/2025/7/24/6-000-families-remain-in-bulacan-evacuation-centers-as-flood-high-tide-persist-2149">6,000 families remain in Bulacan evacuation centers as flood, high tide persist</a></div><p>As of 9:30 a.m., the high tide already reached 4.83 feet, higher than the usual 2 to 3 feet.</p><p>“Higit itong nagpataas ng baha sa mababang lugar...
